PPG maintains 3, 4, and full 5 axis milling capability with horizontal work envelopes up to 45” x 45” x 45” and vertical envelopes up to 45” x 45” x 45”. Our standard part sizes range from small hand held parts to tabletop components.  Our portfolio of over 215 machining centers includes numerous multi-pallet machines and FMS systems capable of efficient production utilizing a variety of materials ranging from aluminum to exotic hard metals.
