Premier Precision acquires Falls Fabricating of Little Falls, MN and Stewart Manufacturing of Phoenix, AZ

Minneapolis, Minnesota, April 19, 2007 - Premier Precision Group, headquartered in Minneapolis, MN has purchased the assets of both Stewart Manufacturing, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona and Falls Fabricating, Inc. in Little Falls, Minnesota.These two acquisitions, combined with the original acquisition of Stremel Manufacturing in 2005, bring together three well established precision machining and metal fabrication companies, providing customers with additional value added capabilities. The integration of these two companies with Stremel Manufacturing establishes a platform for continued growth, serving the Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial markets.

The management teams will remain actively involved within the respective businesses and will be involved on the Premier Precision Group team going forward. The continuity of leadership is an important ingredient as we continue to invest in future growth opportunities for both businesses. Both Stewart Manufacturing and Falls Fabricating customers and suppliers will benefit from their continued relations with Stewart and Falls staff and from Premier Precision Group’s expanded resources.
