Premier Precision acquires Jet Products of Phoenix, AZ

Minneapolis, Minnesota, December 20, 2007 - Premier Precision Group, headquartered in Minneapolis, MN has purchased the assets of Jet Products Company, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona.

This acquisition further reinforces Premier Precision Group’s position within the Aerospace and Defense markets currently served. Jet Products’ precision machining capability further compliments the Group’s overall capability with specific expertise machining complex components from castings or bar stock. 

Additionally, Jet’s Processing business provides the Premier Precision Group with many of the secondary processes that accompany precision machining and fabrication in these served markets. The integration of this capability as part of the Premier Precision Group provides the opportunity to compress lead-times and provide a complete solution to our customers.

Jet Products Company management team will remain in place and become integral members of the Premier Precision Group team.
