Premier Precision acquires RDS Machine of Newport, NH

Minneapolis, Minnesota, April 28, 2008 - Premier Precision Group, headquartered in Minneapolis, MN has purchased the assets of RDS Machine, Inc. in Newport, New Hampshire. 

RDS Machine provides precision machining services within the Electro-Optical, Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial markets. RDS’s capabilities continue the effort of the Premier Precision Group to deliver a more comprehensive offering to customers that covers a range of precision machining capabilities.

With two machining facilities located in New Hampshire, RDS can dedicate resources to prototype development in one facility, while the other provides focus to production machining. Additionally, this expands the Premier Precision Group’s geographic footprint to serve customers in this region of the United States. With the addition of RDS Machine, Inc., Premier Precision Group can efficiently and effectively service customers in the served markets across the United States.

Rich Sullivan, in addition to other key employees of RDS Machine, will remain actively involved with RDS and with the Premier Precision Group team going forward.
