Premier Precision Group Announces the Acquisition of Arrow Industrial

Minneapolis, Minnesota, December 7, 2009 - Premier Precision Group, headquartered in Minneapolis, MN has purchased the assets of Arrow Industrial in Littleton, Colorado. Arrow Industrial specializes in prototyping, quick response, production of precision machined parts and assemblies primarily for aerospace, medical, computer and custom machinery OEMs. Arrow Industrial has particular expertise in the fabrication of complex tubular assemblies as well as precision machining of tubular components for a variety of fluid systems components. 

Arrow Industrial’s capabilities and customer relationships continue the mission of the Premier Precision Group to deliver a more comprehensive offering while diversifying our business portfolio via new customers and product platforms. 

Key members of the Arrow Industrial team will remain actively involved with our Arrow Facility and with the Premier Precision Group team going forward.
